Ca'n Picafort is situated in the centre of the bay of Alcudia and has a number beachside hotels. Ca'n Picafort still has a working harbour originating from this small fishing village where a variety of day trips are offered to various parts of the Bay and also to the neighbouring island of Minorca. Suited to families and couples the resort of Ca'n Picafort offers mainly hotel based entertainment, although the livelier resort of Alcudia is only 9km away. A wide range of cafes and restaurants can be found on the promenade overlooking the sea. Although very popular with German tourists the resort caters for all nationalities.
For the more energetic there are a number of activities to choose from including hiking, cycling, horse riding, tennis, go-carting and mini-golf. For the water lovers there are many sea based options including windsurfing, water-skiing, fishing sailing to name but a few.
